Kanken Koncept

The Kanken Koncept is made using Fjallraven-durable and water-resistant Vinylon F. This fabric is designed to be extra tough and able to withstand regular wear and abrasion well, meaning this little bag will last you years to come. It-also water resistant (although not completely waterproof), so you won’t have to worry about things getting soaked inside when the weather-a bit damp. If the fabric does becomes damp, the fibres swell and become more dense, enabling it to withstand moisture without the need for a chemical coating.
Originally designed for Swedish school children in 1978, the Kånken range has since become a well-loved and iconic backpack for children and adults around the world.
